Every day your counter resets to zero (fear not we’ll hang onto it for your total count so you can brag to your friends)
Set yourself a daily goal – we’ll start you at 10. You can change your daily goal once a week. Then set your reminders, maybe a couple of times a day, when you wake up or go to sleep, or maybe just be spontaneous and open it up while you’re waiting in line... we’ll leave that up to you. You can even utilize the in-built timer to set a few minutes of thanking a day….
